And Then There Were Eleven: Some Context on the Supreme Court Sitting En Banc in the Article 50 Case

The Article 50 litigation subsequent to the Brexit referendum has provoked much commentary. In the Supreme Court appeal case, all 11 Justices will sit together for the first time. Drawing upon an ongoing research project concerning UKSC panel size practices, I have written a blog about this development with Jake Rylatt (University of Cambridge) and Dr Duncan Fairgrieve (British Institute for International and Comparative Law).
