I am Joe Tomlinson. I research and teach all aspects of public law in the UK: the law relating to the exercise of state power. I am particularly interested in administrative law and justice: the legal powers of the executive, their control, and their impact. I am based at the King’s College London, where I am a Lecturer in Public Law. I am also Research Director of the Public Law Project, a London-based NGO. More information about me is available via my bio.
This site provides updates on my research work. But, more broadly, it aims to be a resource on key debates in administrative justice.
